ALASKAN ADVENTURE BROCHURE – Frazier, Schmid, Cameron

SUNDAY: DAY 1 – VANCOUVER, B.C., CA

Departs 4:00pm

MONDAY: DAY 2 – SCENIC CRUISING OF THE INSIDE PASSAGE (DAY AT SEA)

Alaska’s Inside Passage is a renowned cruising route through a protected network of waterways, featuring glacier-cut fjords, lush rainforests, and diverse wildlife. Stops along the route showcase Alaska’s rich history, including Native Alaskan culture in Ketchikan and Skagway’s Gold Rush-era legacy. You’ll experience the best of the Inside Passage!

TUESDAY: DAY 3 – KETCHIKAN, ALASKA, US

Arrives 6:30am – Departs 3:00pm

Ketchikan, Alaska, is truly the beginning of the last frontier. Set at the southernmost entrance to Alaska’s famed Inside Passage, a network of waterways that snake through some of the most jaw-droppingly beautiful wilderness in the world, Ketchikan is best known for three things: feisty salmon, idyllic scenery, and an incredibly rich Alaska native culture. Explore historic Creek Street, built right over the water, and enjoy another day with friends you’ve made during the wonderful times of worship and speaking. Remember to take advantage of ship amenities you haven’t tried before!

WEDNESDAY: DAY 4 – JUNEAU, ALASKA, UA

Arrives 10:00am – Departs 9:30pm

Alaska’s state capital is also one of its most beautiful cities and one of the most visited communities in the state. With so much to see and do, there’s certain to be something that interests you in Juneau. Adventure awaits you when you stroll, fish, whale-watch or spend time counting totem poles as you experience this coastal gem!

THURSDAY: DAY 5 – SKAGWAY, ALASKA, US

Arrives 7:00am – Departs 9:00pm

At the height of the Klondike Gold Rush, the port town of Skagway served as the primary gateway to the legendary gold fields, and quickly grew into Alaska’s largest settlement. It was then a raucous frontier hub packed with trading posts, saloons and guesthouses. As the gold rush faded into the 1900s, so did Skagway, but today it has been reinvigorated as a gateway for a new kind of visitor: those looking to explore Alaska’s colorful history, pristine wildlife and unrivaled natural beauty!

FRIDAY: DAY 6 – GLACIER BAY (SCENIC CRUISING):

Arrives 7:00am – Departs 4:00pm

On your cruise to Glacier Bay, close your eyes and take in the sounds of the creaks and groans of â€śliving” ice, the shrill cries of gulls and soaring eagles, and the splash of a breaching humpback whale. Frosted peaks towering over mossy forests, wide tidewater glaciers (there are seven in the park), and marine wildlife are givens on Glacier Bay cruises, but every experience in this changing biosphere is unique.

SATURDAY: DAY 7 – COLLEGE FJORD (CRUISING ONLY)

Arrives 6:00pm – Departs 8:00am

An Alaska glaciers cruise is the best way to see majestic, centuries-old rivers of ice cascading from the mountains to the sea. Glaciers have shaped many Alaskan lakes, rivers and valleys one slow centimeter at a time and have fascinated scientists and inspired artists for a long time. Scenic cruising College Fjord will bring you close to many glaciers . . . there’s even a spot where you can see eight at once! Your chances of watching ice thunder into the water is high.

SUNDAY: DAY 8 – WHITTIER, ALASKA, US

Arrives 1:00am

Your incredible cruise ends in Whittier. This remote village is nestled along breathtaking Prince William Sound, home to a stunning array of wildlife including bald eagles, sea otters and killer whales, so have your camera ready. You will travel by bus to Anchorage for your flight home, remembering the wonderful new friends and memories you’ve made on this journey!
